Comprehensive Roof Maintenance: Moss Removal and Roof Protection

"A mossy roof isn't just an eyesore; it's a threat to your home's structure. In this project, we performed a deep cleaning and protection service to extend the life of the asphalt shingles. Manual Cleaning and Brushing: We mechanically removed the moss and accumulated debris that trap moisture and degrade the asphalt on the shingles. Chemical Disinfectant Treatment: We applied a specialized treatment (white powder) designed to eliminate any remaining roots and spores, preventing the moss from returning in the short term. Ventilation Inspection: We checked that all roof vents were free of obstructions to ensure proper airflow in the attic."
